TARGET GROUPS
In general, the role of civil society organizations is to focus on people who might otherwise be excluded by the mainstream. Guided by agendas for sustainable development 2030, “leave no one behind” RICOD’s target group for the period 2022-2026 are:

ü People with special needs (differently able, orphan, geriatric, pregnant)
ü Members of other minority groups
